30-Day Warranty

Due to the nature of 3d printing, and variations of materials and seasonal temperatures, each piece I print can have unique attributes as part of the manufacturing process. If there are any defects or breaks in the material, I will gladly replace the ordered piece with a new one at no cost to you. Please use the contact form to initiate a replacement.

If you choose to send an item back to me as per the warranty, you will be responsible for shipping it back. I will then ship you another copy of the item once I receive your order. I can only do exchanges for the exact same item. Sorry, but as a small design studio, I cannot offer Amazon-style returns service.
